Return & Exchange Policy for QARAML.We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies carefully:

Returns & Size Exchanges

Eligibility:
We accept returns for size exchanges only within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Items are not eligible for refunds; only size exchanges are permitted.

Final Sale Items:
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Items:
For hygiene reasons, intimate products and select items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.

Process:
To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service at qaraml.co@gmail.com with your order number and the desired size.

Size Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the size exchange within 7–10 business days, subject to availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.
Shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by QARAML.
